Toradora by Yuyuko Takemiya
Toradora is a romance/humor manga about a high schooler named Takasu Ryuuji battling to try and get close to his secret crush Minori Kushieda. But Minori’s best friend just so happens to be Taiga Aisaka, or better known as the Palm top tiger. She is extremely fierce and won’t take a second thought to cutting you down to size, with words or with her samurai sword. Over all, I find Toradora to be a cute, romantic manga with a tantalizing plot. The setting is it’s over all strength, next to it’s rare set of characters. Toradora is an exceptional manga, and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys romance, bento, and swords. I give it 5 out of 5 stars! -M.S.
